Organization
Crowley Associates is a professional organization celebrating 20 years of dedication to selling electro-mechanical, passive components and design solutions. Our ongoing commitment to our principals and customers revolves around a professional, honest and "partnered" approach to business relationships. As an ISO 9002 registered firm, we are dedicated to a company-wide 'quality system' to ensure that our customer, distributor and manufacturer requirements are being met.
Objectives
* To be known and respected as a professional sales organization.
* To concentrate in the area of electro-mechanical, passive components and design solutions.
* To provide our principals with complete coverage. Our reputation is based upon excellent service, reliability, dependability and honesty.
* To concentrate sales and engineering efforts with design and component engineers to ensure that our products are specified.
* To coordinate negotiations with key purchasing people that mutually benefit our customer and principal partners.
* To be an extension of our manufacturers' sales, engineering, advertising and marketing efforts.

History
Crowley Associates was incorporated in 1984 by David A.Crowley, serving the New England marketplace. In 1994, Crowley Associates established an office in northern New Jersey to serve the Metro New York/New Jersey area and in 1998, Crowley Associates acquired Quality Components, Inc. to serve the eastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and Delaware areas. Crowley Associates employs 38 highly trained and motivated sales professionals; 7 of which are owners of the company. |
